This is an oldie but a goodie that I have forgotten about for a few years. I looked for a more up to date remix of it but had no luck finding anything that good. Not a big fan of this one. Anyone have any other remixes that actually use the vocal and do it justice? This may have to be my next project if nothing else as been done with it.

The summer is kinda here, with all this rain it does not feel that way. Anyway, the last show at 121 was a blast and I thank everyone who came out and shook their asses all night long. We thought we recorded the set, but alas we did not. I re-recorded my set, or at least what I remember I played for my set and have posted it here for all to enjoy. It is funky / jackin-ish style house with some electro infused house stuff towards the end of the mix. Expect this same type of sound as the next FlipSide for SoundSession in Providence at Local 121 on July 10th. Special Guest DJ Mr. Matt from Hot Pink Delorean will be in the house as well.
A note to fellow DJ’s, I have been looking for a high quality version of Deemah - Words. I have purchased 3 versions from three different websites and downloaded another 3 off the net and all of them sound like 128k mp3s when they are all 320k. Argh!
